​If you can't enjoy a beautiful pour of Alectrona, our Decaf Royale is a pretty good substitute. The crema is different from that of our espresso, but that's only because our decaf is Swiss Water Processed, which removes some of the oils along with the decaf. Other decaffeinated coffees are processed chemically, and we have avoided that by choosing Swiss Water Processing. Decaf Royale also makes a pretty mean drip.
